Ed and Olivia at the front desk were very helpful. When we arrived at our room, there was a leak in a water pipe from the cold weather. I called down to the desk and they took care of moving us right away and offered us breakfast on them for the remainder of our stay and also some additional Marriott points. Great customer service.

The breakfast was less than what most hotels offer when they do offer a complimentary breakfast (no hot eggs), but at least it was complimentary.
