gym and pools were very nice. also enjoyed the bar and bistro, cozy!

The motel was filled with local people (including me and my dog) trying to escape a horrible heat wave. As with other hospitality businesses, there was a pronounced staffing shortage. Checkins were late because rooms were not ready. The staff was clearly under pressure in trying to meet customer needs. I hope Marriott recognizes with raises and bonuses the extraordinary people who work here. They kept their cool and made every effort to accommodate a large number of testy customers.
